🌞 A Day in My Life – My Daily Routines


Every day is a sacred gift. My life is dedicated to showing that health, happiness, and hope are possible for everyone.In a world where many struggle with stress, loneliness, or even despair, I believe a simple, disciplined, and loving daily rhythm can change everything.

I live by example — and I share this with the world — so together we can create a life where no one feels lost, where health and joy are the natural way of living.


🌸 Morning Awakening with Gratitude


Upon waking, I embrace sacred rituals that set the tone for the day. A soothing self-massage with Ayurvedic oilsrelaxes my body and uplifts my spirit, while a refreshing shower awakens me fully.

With gratitude in my heart, I begin my Hindu Indian morning rituals and prayers, sending blessings to my loved ones and the world. This spiritual practice grounds me and fills me with a sense of connection and purpose.


🧘 On the Yoga Mat


Breath brings life into my practice. I begin with Prāṇayamato energize every cell, followed by graceful Yoga Asanasthat build strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

This daily rhythm prepares me to face life’s challenges with clarity and grace — and it is the same energy I share with my yoga students and clients in Basel, Zürich, Geneva, and across Switzerland.

A second refreshing shower renews my senses, followed by my green smoothiewith more than 25 natural ingredients — a true fountain of energy that I love to share with students, friends, and sometimes strangers.

This morning ritual is not only for health — it is a discipline that creates balance, awareness, and joy.


🧘 Yoga & Teaching – Body, Breath & Soul


Yoga is not just what I practice — it is what I live and share.
I teach yoga in Basel, Zürich, and beyond— in private homes, studios, companies, and sometimes in nature.

Every class is more than exercise: it is a chance to heal, smile, and reconnect with life. My teaching blends awareness, breath, posture, meditation, and kindness — traditional yoga adapted for the modern world.


🥗 Nourishment & Sharing – Health Is Abundance


Food is medicine. I eat simply — fruits, nuts, seeds, oils, and vegetables, mostly organic.

But what gives me more joy than eating is sharing. I often cook Ayurvedic meals, prepare herbal teas, or deliver smoothies to students, friends, and even strangers on the street.

These small acts of kindness carry a big message: life is beautiful, and we are never alone.

🌿 Afternoon Healing Work & Companionship

My afternoons are filled with healing sessions:

  • Holistic Hypnosis & Therapy

Each person arrives with their own story — stress, pain, trauma, or loneliness. Each leaves lighter, calmer, and more connected.

Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we sit in silence. Sometimes we laugh. Each session is human, real, and healing.

🌙 Evening Peace & Reflection

As the day closes, I enjoy a peaceful walk along the Rhine Riveror through the quiet Swiss streets, breathing deeply the fresh air.

Dinner is light — sometimes just fruits or a simple soup.

Before sleep, I pray and send blessings: for my students, my family, my village in Kerala, strangers in Basel, and all who suffer across the world.

I fall asleep with a calm mind, ready to begin again.

✨ Why I Share This


My daily rhythm is not to show discipline alone, but to show possibility.

  • To remind us all that we can live healthy, happy, and hopeful lives.

  • To remind us that depression, addictions, or even suicide are not the answer — but self-care, love, and kindnessare.

  • To show that we can create balance on every level: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

If even one person reads this and decides to start with a single breath, a short walk, a smoothie, or a smile, then my sharing has meaning.

Our kitchen is the heart of our well-being. It reflects how we care for our health, our body, and our future. When our kitchen is clean, simple, and filled with nourishing foods, life itself becomes more harmonious.


🌿 Health Is Harmony


“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind, and spirit.
When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.”

True health is not just the absence of disease — it is balance. Balance of what we eat, how we breathe, how we rest, and how we think.


🚗 The Body Is Like a Car


Our body works like a car — everything depends on how we take care of it:

  • Fuel→ What food we eat.

  • Battery→ How we breathe and strengthen our respiratory system.

  • Radiator→ How we rest and cool down both body and mind.

  • Driving style→ How we exercise and care for our joints, muscles, and organs.

If we neglect any of these, the whole system suffers.

So… eat healthy, breathe deeply, rest enough, move your body, think positively, and smile often.

Your body is your true home — respect it, and it will carry you with joy through life.


🌸 My Swiss Yoga Ayurveda Happy Life🌿 A Private Yoga Session in Basel, Zürich & Geneva


Recently, I welcomed a new private yoga client — originally from the Dominican Republic, now living in Switzerland after many years in New York.

During her second session with me in Basel, as we practiced Sun Salutations, I opened the window for fresh air. We heard the beautiful sound of birds in the city. I asked her with a smile:
“Can you hear birds like this in New York City?”
She laughed and said:
“No, only fire alarms and ambulances.”
And I replied:
“Yes, we are living in heaven. Switzerland is the best country.”

After her yoga practice, we moved into a deep hypnotic relaxation, leaving her completely peaceful and connected.


🥗 Sharing Food, Sharing Love


Before she left, I asked her:
“Do you like Indian food? I feel maybe you are not very keen. I’ll make something for you — if you like it, you can take it.”

I prepared Masala Papad— one with black pepper, another with cumin. After tasting, she smiled and said:
“Definitely I will take it with me.”

Of course, I also gave her one of my special green smoothies, made with 25 organic ingredients. This is something I always share with my private yoga clients, students, and even friends.

For me, yoga is not just on the mat. It is also dedication, awareness, compassion, and kindnessin every action. When we add love to what we do, everything works.


🌞 My Commitment to Self-Discipline


My client could feel connected and joyful already after just two sessions, because what I share comes from my own daily discipline.

  • In 2020, my New Year resolution was to do yoga every single day — and I never missed a day.

  • In 2021, I added a daily Ayurvedic oil massagebefore yoga. Again, not a single day was missed.

This is how I live: with consistency, love, and respect for my body and mind.


🕉️ The Philosophy of Self-Love


  • A healthy mind lives only in a healthy body.

  • In India, even if streets are not always clean, the temples are always spotless, full of energy. Treat your body as a temple— keep it pure, clean, and cared for.

  • Self-love means eating healthy, drinking healthy, exercising, resting, and respecting yourself.

When you live this way, you also inspire the next generation.Children don’t follow advice — they follow example. If we smoke, drink, or eat poorly, they copy us. If we live healthy, smile often, and show kindness, they copy that too.

Even after death, when the body returns to the earth, it matters whether we left behind a polluted body or a clean, nourished one. Respecting your body means respecting the earth itself.
