ANATOMY OF A PERFECT MORNING ROUTINE
If you are self-employed, work from home or from the the office due to Covid-19 or not or after Covid a daily morning routine is essential to be really productive while staying healthy. I am saying to you how I am able to develop my perfect daily routine over the last many years, especially every single day yoga from 20020 without missing even a single day which helped, help and will help me tremendously in terms of health, productivity, creativity and overall achieved, achieving and will achieve my goals. I take you along to spend a morning day together with me, showing you my daily habits for maximum productivity and creativity in order to tackle my day!
Getting up in the morning, does not matter what time, it can be depend on mostly my work. If I have to teach Yoga at 7am latest will be 4.30am in the morning. Straight to Bathroom. Do all morning routines. Then self Ayurveda massage throughout the body included face, feet, hands and head (Ayurveda herbal mixed coconut oil) with Ayurveda mixed herbs different mixture of oils or sesame oil for around half an hour.
(AYURVEDA TELLS- "The body of one who uses oil massage regularly does not become affected much even if subjected to accidental injuries, or strenuous work. By using oil massage daily, a person is endowed with pleasant touch, trimmed body parts and becomes strong, charming and least affected by old age.)
Then take a nice hot shower finishing with a cold shower always even in cold December.
(According to the findings of a research institute of platelets in the UK, if a person takes shower in the morning the blood circulation will become more fluent. The body also will feel more refreshed and healthy)
Then directly goes to my morning Hindu Indian Rituals and prayers, Insense, fire ceremony to clear the negativities, pray to the world also importat people in my life. Then to the Yoga mat starting with Prānayama mostly Kapālabhathi and half an hour Anulõma Vilõma(Nādisodhana) And Brahmari, the humming bee breath.
(As per yoga philosophy, longevity depends on your breathing rate. As a result of Prānayāma the freshly oxygenated blood travels from lungs to the heart. The heart pumps it via arteries and blood vessels to every part of the body, where in turn it seeps into every tissue and cell. This improves the blood circulation and more oxygen/ Prāna or cosmic energy reaches all parts of your body. Once Prāna flows like a stream we are free from all diseases)
Then Yoga Asana (Yoga Postures) practice.
Yoga will help you to feel more energised and clear, helping you to be more productive during the day. After your practice, you’ll feel increased clarity, ready to face your day brighter and more alive)
Then eat most important food, which is my very specially made organic bio (90%) different Fruits, Nuts, Olives, Seeds & different Oils Salad.
After that most of the time I drink one of the yummy Japanese high quality green tea which I buy mostly here in our beautiful Basel Switzerland.
I eat different dry fruits, nuts and bananas throughout day along with green teas, green smoothies and green juices all made at my home itself. I don‘t eat lunch particularly.
In the evening I eat nice home cooked mostly Ayurveda updated Vegan Food from my research.
I also share my Ayurveda food, green teas, green smoothies, and (sometimes green juices too) with my friends and clients to increase the effect of their health and happiness too!
So, this is how I start my day for the last few years.. And in 2020 Everyday Yoga, 2021 Eevryday Yoga and Self Massage and 2022 Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurveda Self Massage every single day without missing even a single day, still continues and will be continued!
The most investment in our life is some disciplined healthy happy time spending for ourself, not the big amount of the money in the bank. So invest in the health of the bank..

(Apart from Yoga, I go for long walks, and I like to walk everyday but it does not happen everyday. I like the feelings for my legs when I have a nice walk. I also go for short runs 3-4 times a week. I have got bicycle and love to ride on it around our most beautiful city Basel listening to Bollywood songs in a small speaker. I don‘t like to ride so fast as we are not able to enjoy the bike ride, and the trees on the side, cars, buildings, flowers, breeze and the people And riding slower also help to smile at strangers and make friends. Also letting know that Switzerland is very much a heaven to live in.
In Basel in Switzerland most of the time I eat 99% plant based food. But when I go travelling I like to explore even unhealthy food. But when I get back I do it fast and cleanse my body. I also fast regularly here, at least 34 hours water green tea fast once a month. I used to do this once a week.. But as I am following a very healthy lifestyle now I don‘t need it every week.
I don‘t know what my hobbies are, but nowadays I like making vlogs, it can be a healthy positive lifestyle, meditations, or showing the beauty of Switzerland to people all over the world as well Swiss people that Switzerland is a heaven to exploit maximum beauty of the god blessed land. ..Actually I have 3 YouTube channels..Hahaha)

I gave a Private therapeutic Yoga at 8am at my Yoga studio in Basel, back home I had a nice break with plantain and Chai..Then afternoon teaching Yoga at Syngenta Basel for an hour then a long break until 7.30pm, then again 1.5 hours Community Yoga class..My most of the (almost all) clients are from international companies in Basel such Novartis, Roche, Syngenta etc..
I always help them with my Yogic-Ayurvedic-Hypnotic knowledge, when I hear their stories, how much pressure in their work, longer hours and stress etc..
When I compare with them I work much less.. I work like holiday.. I mean just relaxed work, just a few hours.. rest of the time for myself and I..even when I work also I am no more stressed.. rather enjoy.. !
Sometimes I feel guilty that I don't work like others and also not stressed like them.. mmm But I console myself..I am able to work with them and share more laughters because through my long breaks I gather more smiles and laughters and share with them..what a great life.. being able to share smiles and leads to good Karma.. and waiting for next incarnation...

Our body is like a car, it depends on what fuel we fill in (What food we eat, How the battery is (How we breathe and strengthen our respiratory system), how the radiator works (Enough rest for the body as well the Mind) How we drive (How we do exercise and give lubricants for our joints and muscles as well organs)

What led me to discover the amazing healing power of pranayama?. I am one of the blessed ones. A physician who is still evolving towards the better. Practicing medicine is not just a profession for me, but a platform that has brought me closer to humanity. With the time my approach towards health has changed. The vision towards illness and health is getting wider day by day. I have realised that illness don't come to us, but that we are the ones who create an inviting environment for them. Everything contributes to our health - how we work., our activities, what and how we eat, how we think, our emotions and relationships, and our attitude towards life.,. In the normal course of life, we take our health for granted. It is only when we are struck by a chronic disease that we wake up. Resorting to medical help is the first step for most of us, as symptom relief is prime concern. However, medicines can keep the situation under control, but cannot eradicate the disease. The symptoms resurface if the treatment is stopped, and often despite taking medication things move from back towards. It is only then and usually out of compulsion, that we decide to adopt a different lifestyle. The first step is to eat healthier food and engage in regular exercise, and we are pleased to observe that our attitude to good health has new zeal, and new Hope.
On seeing people whose health did not improve despite taking medicines, watching their diet, exercising and doing the things one normally does during an illness, I started to realise that we doctors are not really justifying our identity as healers, we prescribe medicines that can reduce the symptoms superficially, or maybe modulate the disease. However, we have no control over and honestly don't know how to avoid the side effects of the medicines. How can we then talk of curing someone?

My Swiss Yoga Ayurveda Happy Life
I have got a New private yoga client. She is originally from the Dominican Republic. She used to live in New York. So today was her second private yoga lesson with me. During the Sun salutation. I opened the door to get some fresh air. Then we could hear the sound of the birds. And I am living right in the city in beautiful Basel, then I asked her. Can you hear the sound of the birds in New York City? Then she smiled and said, no, we can hear only the sound of the fire alarms and the ambulance. Then I smiled. Yes, we are living in heaven. Switzerland is the best country. In the video -She is going back home after a Nice beautiful private yoga session followed by Nice Beautiful deep hypnotic relaxation. Before she leaves. I asked her, do you like Indian food? I feel that you are not so keen on Indian food. I will make you something. If you like it. You can take it with you. Then I made nice masala papad. One was with the flavor of black pepper and the other one was with the flavor of cumin. After I fried it. I gave her a small piece to taste. Then she said to me, definitely I am going to take it with me. So this is the story. And obviously, I gave her a nice green smoothie also. My green smoothie is with around 25 ingredients inside. And 90 percent is organic. Which I give to my all private yoga clients even to my friends. So this is the way how I teach yoga and. Interact with my clients. Because to work anything in the world. We should add dedication, awareness, care-Compassion, kindness, and loads of love. Then everything is there. Anything will work. This is how I work. And my. All clients are super happy. You can see it is only her second session. She's already very connected with me and very free and she's completely enjoying it. I am really celebrating my life each moment on the earth. And I feel this is the biggest gift for me. That God gave me a chance to live and work and spread the love in this gold blessed country, Switzerland. So my friends don't forget, Happiness is not ready-made. It comes through your own actions which is the action. Mainly is self-love which means taking care of yourself, respecting yourself. Means give right time for yourself. To eat well, that is self-respect to given enough time, to do exercise is self-respect. So when you say when you love it means you really take care of yourself. Giving a beautiful holiday which means eating healthy, drinking healthy avoiding smoking, drinking alcohol, and without eating all the bad foods. And do yoga every day. I had a new year resolution in 2020. Which was to do yoga every single day. And I did every single day without missing even a single day in 2020, in 2021 my new year resolution to do yoga every day plus to massage -my body with oil every day before yoga - I have not missed even a single day doing yoga and self Ayurvedic massage- so my friends I want to remind you. A healthy mind stays only in a healthy body. So self-love means. You take care of yourself. Taking care of yourself means. You treat well, keep your body as a temple in India. As you know in India. India is not so clean country but if you go to any temple in India, the temple will be very clean very tidy with all the beautiful energy. So the same way, keep your body as a temple, clean and tidy. Then where the soul will reside very well. So don't forget.Eat healthy food and drink healthy and laugh louder and sleep well. OK- Be serious with everything. With the eating and smiles. And caring for others. Caring yourself -because we live in this world and this is the place when we die we have to leave some footprint for the next generation inspired by you. So when you leave healthy when you drink healthy when you eat healthily they will be inspired. Just imagine if you smoke a cigarette in the public. Many children are watching you. And it will inspire them, and they will also start to smoke, which means because of you, you are making another generation putting under pressure and very unhealthy lifestyle. And when you die, your body goes to the earth. And after some plants are growing, their trees are growing there and when you smoke and when you drink, when you eat unhealthily you are throwing to the earth that body. Which means you pollute the earth. So when you leave healthy, when you eat healthy, when you drink healthy, when you think healthy, you are giving a beautiful body to the earth where beautiful plants will grow. Beautiful trees will grow, there will be beautiful fruits and people will eat with very beautiful energy. So respect your body, respect your soul and respect others so. Keep smiling my dears. And let's celebrate life respecting ourselves and others and be kind with yourself and with others.
